Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) 16 Week Virtual Skills Group
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills group is a 16 week virtual group focusing on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Our skills group is a trauma informed group which has a unique addition of learning about how trauma affects our ability to regulate our emotions.
If you find that you are struggling to cope; is your anger climbing from 0-60, have difficulty making decisions, difficulty with setting boundaries or pushing people away? Perhaps you are lacking a sense of identity or doing everything that everyone else wants you to do, at the cost of yourself, using substances to cope, struggling with self harm, feeling empty, or so busy that you never get time for yourself, then this group is for you.
